This gift has been accepted as a political donation. It is an offence to make political donations totalling more than $4000 to, or for the benefit of, the same registered political party between 1 July 2022 and 25 November 2024. If you have already made $4000 in political donations to this political party during that period, you must not make further political donations to this registered political party. If you believe you have exceeded the $4000 political donation cap, you may request a refund of the excess political donations within six weeks of the gift being made. Alternatively, we may refund you the excess amount within that time frame, to avoid breaching the donation cap laws.
