“In conclusion, in this study, CBD did not reduce the (adverse) effects of THC, but rather increased them at higher doses, likely by way of a pronounced pharmacokinetic interaction, while not enhancing the analgesic effects of THC”.
In other words, CBD can increase blood serum levels of THC by affecting liver enzymes and significantly increase subjective, psychomotor, cognitive and autonomous effects of THC, but not the analgesic (pain-relieving) effects.
